PRESIDENT

Patricia Cruzado is a dynamic community leader, entrepreneur, and devoted mother based in Colorado. She serves as President of One Fil-Am Market (OFAM) and President of NaFFAA Colorado, where she actively champions Filipino American culture, grassroots businesses, and community empowerment. As CEO of La Filipiniana Collections, she promotes cultural heritage through fashion, while also co-owning Fil-Am Entertainment of Colorado, supporting events and creative expression within the community. She is also one of the vocalists of Diaspora, bringing her passion for music into her cultural advocacy. Patricia is the wife of Nonie Cruzado, and a dedicated mother to Neo and Neiman. In addition to her many roles, she provides childcare services on the side—reflecting her deep commitment to nurturing both her family and the broader community.

VICE PRESIDENT

Lany Snyder is a dedicated community leader, cultural advocate, and entrepreneur whose work bridges service, leadership, and empowerment. As Vice President of OFAM, she helps shape programs and initiatives that uplift Filipino American and multicultural communities through inclusive events and grassroots engagement. In her role as Treasurer of NaFFAA Colorado, she ensures organizational integrity and sustainability, while as Vice President of PACCNorthCo, she actively supports the growth and visibility of local businesses and community networks.

Beyond her nonprofit leadership, Lany is the CEO of Palai Lifestyle and Lailanie Host Home Provider, where she combines purpose with enterprise—championing wellness, care, and opportunities for others. Known for her integrity, compassion, and strong sense of community, she continues to be a driving force in creating meaningful impact both locally and beyond.

SECRETARY

Aisa Perez wears many hats and brings heart to each one. She serves as Secretary of OFAM and as President of PACCNorthCo, where she helps lead programs that celebrate and preserve Filipino culture in Colorado.  

As an entrepreneur, she co-owns Woohoo Pinas and LBC Pinoy Cargo, supporting the local community through food, retail, and trusted cargo services that keep families connected to the Philippines.  

In healthcare, Aisa works as a Patient Care Technician at DaVita, providing hands-on care and support to dialysis patients.  

At home, she is wife to Arnel and mother of three. Whether she’s advocating for the community, running a business, or caring for patients, Aisa is driven by family, service, and a deep pride in her heritage.

FINANCE OFFICER

A proud Cebuana, Enelyn brings precision and creativity to every role she takes on. As OFAM's Finance Officer, she ensures that the organization thrive with solid financial planning. As Vice President of NaFFAACo, she advances Filipino American advocacy in Colorado.

Enelyn's passion for heritage shines through as the owner of  CECE Creations, where she showcases Philippine artisans' handmade bags. As a healthcare professional, her attention to detail and compassion define her patient care. As a mom of two, she masterfully balances leadership, family, and community service. Enelyn embodies commitment to excellence, service, and Filipino pride.

AUDITOR

Lester Tionson is a dedicated professional whose work bridges precision, creativity, and community service. As Auditor of OFAM, he plays a vital role in maintaining financial transparency and accountability, ensuring that programs and events celebrating Filipino culture in Colorado are managed with integrity and care.

In the healthcare field, Lester serves as a Dental Technician at Smile With Care Dental of Colorado, where his technical expertise and attention to detail contribute to creating healthy, confident smiles for patients. His craftsmanship behind the scenes helps support the high standard of care the practice is known for.

Music is another avenue where Lester’s passion shines. As the lead guitarist of Diaspora, he helps showcase Filipino talent and culture through dynamic live performances at concerts and community events. His artistry reflects a deep appreciation for heritage and creative expression.

Above all, Lester is a devoted husband to Maria and proud father of three, balancing his professional responsibilities with strong family values. Across finance, healthcare, and the arts, Lester brings dedication, skill, and heart to everything he pursues.

LOGISTICS OFFICER

Arnel Perez keeps things moving both on the ground and in the community. As Logistics Officer for OFAM, he coordinates the behind-the-scenes details that make cultural events run smoothly, from setup to vendor support. He also serves as Fundraising Deputy for PACCNorthCo, helping drive initiatives for sponsorship in Northern Colorado.  

On the business side, Arnel co-owns Woohoo Pinas and LBC Pinoy Cargo, providing a reliable shipping services that connect local families to the Philippines.  

At the center of it all is family. He’s husband to Aisa and father of three, balancing entrepreneurship and community service with a strong commitment to home. Arnel brings practical know-how, teamwork, and Filipino pride to every role he takes on.

MARKETING DIRECTOR

Maria Obis is a dedicated healthcare leader, entrepreneur, and community advocate. She is the CEO of Smile with Care Dental, where she is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate dental care with a focus on patient comfort and excellence.

Beyond her professional work in dentistry, Maria actively serves the Filipino-American community. She is the Vice President of NaFFAA Region 5 and the Marketing Director for OFAM, where she helps strengthen cultural connections, promote community programs, and support initiatives that empower Filipino-Americans across the region.

Maria is also a proud wife, married to Lester, and a loving mother of three. She balances her professional achievements with her passion for family, leadership, and service.

Through her work in healthcare and community leadership, Maria continues to inspire others through her commitment to excellence, compassion, and meaningful impact.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Nonie Cruzado is an award-winning Filipino visual artist, illustrator, and animator based in Boulder, Colorado. Trained in Painting at the University of Santo Tomas, he works as a designer and animator in the media industry and has exhibited in the Philippines, Italy, and the United States. Cruzado was a resident artist at Denver’s Art District on Santa Fe and a muralist at the Street Wise Art Mural Festival 2025. He curates DAYO, a traveling Filipino arts exhibition, is the Creative Director of One Fil-Am Market (OFAM), bassist of the Diaspora Band, and illustrates for independent film and graphic books, including the documentary A Long March.

SPOKESPERSON

Ron brings 25+ years of expertise in electronics, satellite communications, and information technology, backed by a decade of service in the U.S. Navy. Committed to giving back, he volunteers as a mentor with American Corporate Partners to support service members transitioning to civilian careers. At Cisco Systems, he was a founding member of the Filipino Professional Network Employee Resource Group, championing professional growth and cultural connection.
